The structure includes a centralized leadership team with strate- gic headquarters in Nigeria and operational offices in the UK and USA. This leadership oversees various departments such as Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Health Safety and Environ- ment (HSE) Management, Human Resources, Financial Management, Cus- tomer Relationship Management (CRM), and Information Technology (IT) Management. This setup allows for cohesive policy implementation, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence across all levels of the organiza- tion.
